In addition to email support, we provide limited
telephone support for our Site Licenses. Our main goal is to provide excellent software that is useful and easy to use and to provide superior support. We want to hear any suggestions, from Licensed Users or Trial/Demo Users, that will make our products and support even better.
Replies will be prompt, usually the same day. However, unforeseen circumstances may delay replies and Licensed Users get priority. |
